HVITS-API End User License Agreement

Developer: Hudson Valley IT Services LLC

License Grant

Hudson Valley IT Services LLC ("Developer") grants itself a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HVITS-API application ("Application") solely for the purpose of accessing and managing its own QuickBooks Online financial data through the Intuit QuickBooks Online API.

Scope of Use

This Application is authorized exclusively for internal business use by Hudson Valley IT Services LLC. The Application:

  • Connects to QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer API
  • Reads and writes financial data (invoices, customers, payments, accounts, reports)
  • Automates routine accounting and business operations
  • Operates within the permissions granted through the OAuth2 authorization process

Data Handling

  • All financial data accessed through this Application remains within the QuickBooks Online platform
  • OAuth authentication tokens are stored securely on Developer-owned infrastructure
  • No data is shared with, sold to, or transmitted to any third parties
  • All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS

Intuit API Compliance

The Developer acknowledges and agrees to:

  1. Comply with the Intuit Developer Terms of Service
  2. Use the QuickBooks Online API in accordance with Intuit's API guidelines
  3. Maintain the security of OAuth credentials and access tokens
  4. Promptly revoke access if the Application is decommissioned

Limitation of Liability

This Application is provided "as is" for internal use. The Developer assumes all responsibility for the Application's operation and any actions taken through the QuickBooks Online API.
