Privacy Policy

Data Collection

HVITS-API is a private, internal-use application developed by Hudson Valley IT Services LLC for managing our own QuickBooks Online financial data. This application:

  • Accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data solely for the company that authorized the connection
  • Does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to any third parties
  • Does not track user behavior or analytics
  • Stores OAuth tokens locally on secured, company-owned infrastructure

Data Usage

All data accessed through this application is used exclusively for:

  • Internal financial reporting and analysis
  • Invoice management and automation
  • Account reconciliation
  • Business operations of Hudson Valley IT Services LLC

Data Storage

  • OAuth credentials are stored locally on encrypted company infrastructure
  • No QuickBooks data is cached or stored outside of the QuickBooks Online platform
  • All API communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any QuickBooks data with third parties.

  1. This application is authorized solely for use by Hudson Valley IT Services LLC
  2. The application accesses financial data through the Intuit QuickBooks Online API
  3. All data access is governed by Intuit's Terms of Service and API policies
  4. The developer maintains the application in compliance with Intuit's developer requirements
